






Step 1: Fill in the Form
Complete a short form so I can understand your business, income sources, deadlines, and what you would like to be handled.
Step 2: Review
I will review your submission, and we’ll confirm exactly what you need and what you can expect from me. We might have a quick chat over the phone for clarification. We’ll finish the call with a clear quote, and I’ll email you a short summary of what we agreed.
Step 3: Onboarding & compliance
If you accept the quote, you’ll get the onboarding steps, AML/ID verification, your engagement letter, and your first invoice.
Step 4 Option A: Work begins (One-off)
For one-off services (e.g. Self Assessment): work starts once payment and all required documents are received, and is normally completed within 10 working days from receipt of the required documents and HMRC authorisation codes.
Step 4 Option B: Work Begins (Monthly)
For monthly services (LTD companies, VAT, CIS, payroll, bookkeeping/MTD): work usually starts from the next calendar month once onboarding is complete and all required documents have been received. Monthly payments are taken in advance; a payment made in one month covers the work carried out in the following month.
